Dave starts with the exterior. He evaluates the roof, siding, structure, and grading — deploying the drone whenever a roof walk isn't advisable. He then moves through all interior systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, attic, and crawlspace, with thermal infrared imaging used throughout.
At the end, Dave personally walks you through every finding so you leave with a clear, firsthand picture of the home — not just a report to read later.
